We handle a variety of machining, tooling, prototyping, and production work, taking projects from concept through completion. We're looking for a capable CNC machinist who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to continue developing their machining and programming skills. What You'll Do This is a hands-on machining position with a mix of machine operation, setup, programming, and problem-solving. Set up and operate CNC mills, including Milltronics and Haas machines. Machine parts for a variety of custom, prototype, and production jobs. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models. Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed. Work with other team members to determine the best approach to completing each job. Help keep jobs moving efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy. Some work with conventional machining equipment, including manual lathes, may also be required. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with CNC machining, including machine setup and operation. Ability to read blueprints and understand machining dimensions and tolerances. Some CNC programming experience or a solid understanding of programming concepts and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is preferred. Experience with SolidWorks and CAMWorks is a plus. Knowledge of cutting tools, workholding, machining methods, and material selection. Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take responsibility for the quality of your work. You don't need to know everything on day one. We're willing to train the right person in our equipment, software, and processes. We are looking for someone who already has a machining foundation, can contribute on the shop floor, and is motivated to expand their skills. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and ability. A well-equipped shop with a variety of machining projects. The opportunity to expand your CNC programming and CAD/CAM skills. A small team where your work and ideas make a difference. Paid vacation, paid holidays, and additional benefits.
