CNC SETUP TECHNICIANS!

Minutemen Staffing is seeking skilled CNC Setup Technicians for a busy manufacturing facility in Taylor, MI. We are looking for dependable, experienced individuals with strong CNC setup, troubleshooting, and precision machining skills. Weekly pay based on Experience $20.00 and up

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate HMC and VMC CNC machines. Read blueprints, interpret G-code, and adjust machine settings. Install tooling, fixtures, and CNC programs. Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments. Maintain production quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

5+ years of CNC setup experience required. Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines. Makino HMC experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of FANUC, Mori Seiki, or similar CNC controls. Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills. High school diploma or GED required.
