9001, and AS9100. We're looking for an experienced CNC milling professional to run our mill department. You'll program, plan, and lead the team that keeps our mills running and our parts in spec. The role The Mill Department Supervisor owns the mill department from start to finish: programming, tooling strategy, job flow, and the people running the machines. You'll report to the Engineering Manager and work closely with engineering, quality, and production to deliver high-precision parts on time. What you'll do Program complex multi-axis milled parts in Mastercam Program, set up, and support our 5-axis Haas and Matsuura mills and 3-axis vertical Haas machining centers Manage the flow of all jobs through the mill department, including scheduling, prioritizing, and keeping work moving to hit delivery dates Lead, supervise, and support the machinists running our CNC mills Train new and current mill machinists on setup, operation, programming, and best practices Decide on tooling strategies, including tool selection, workholding and fixturing, and process approaches that improve cycle time, tool life, and part quality Handle complex setups, prove out new programs, and troubleshoot machining problems Work with Engineering and Quality on new part introductions, process improvements, and documentation that meets our

ISO 13485, ISO

9001, and AS9100 requirements Look for ways to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and increase machine uptime What we're looking for [5+] years of hands-on CNC milling experience, including setup, operation, and programming Strong Mastercam programming skills, including 5-axis work Experience with Haas and/or Matsuura machines strongly preferred Proven experience leading, scheduling, or training machinists Deep knowledge of tooling, fixturing, cutting strategies, and materials common to medical and aerospace parts (stainless, titanium, cobalt chrome, aluminum, plastics) Able to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T Comfortable with precision measuring and inspection equipment Experience working under an

ISO 13485, ISO
