CNC PROGRAMMER

Job Description :

We are looking for a talented CNC Programmer to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to produce precise parts for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong programming skills, a deep understanding of CNC machine operations, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, modify, and optimize CNC machine programs using CAD/Cam software Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to develop accurate machining programs Determine appropriate tooling, machining sequences, feeds, speeds, and cutting parameters Set up machines and support the implementation of new or revised programs Perform test runs, verify program accuracy, and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards Troubleshoot programming and machining issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production personnel to meet schedules and production goals Identify opportunities to improve machining processes, reduce setup time, and minimize waste
