MACHINIST / MASTERCAM PROGRAMMER

$32-$40 PER HOUR Full-Time Position | Pay Based on Experience Warren Diesel Injection - Northwestern Pennsylvania Warren Diesel Injection is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Mastercam Programmer to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled, motivated individual who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines and lathes. This is a hands-on position that includes programming, machine setups, and running production parts. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge and experience to take a project from design to finished product. Job Requirements & Responsibilities Strong experience with Mastercam programming. Ability to create CNC programs from solid models and blueprints. Experience setting up and operating Haas and Centroid CNC machines. Experience with CNC mills and lathes. Ability to perform large and complex machine setups, including fixturing and workholding. Set up machines, run production parts, and monitor machining operations. Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy. Knowledge of tooling selection, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience machining precision components and holding tight tolerances. Ability to troubleshoot programming and machining issues. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently.
