Expect to:

Program and run Kellenberger Kel‑Vista (3 machines) using conversational CNC controls and perform multi‑tool setups . Switch to the Kellenberger Kel‑Vita for similar work when needed, tapping into its non‑round grinding capability . Operate the Jones & Shipman CNC Grinder for between‑centers grinding with conversational programming. Track job time precisely via clock‑in/clock‑out to maintain accurate labor reporting. Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance technicians on critical inspections and dimensional checks. Handle customer components with exceptional care to minimize scrap and rework. Keep a relentless focus on quality and efficiency from first part to last.
