Our company specializes in the design, development and manufacture of high-precision components. Our C.N.C. Machinist position is crucial to the success of our business, as the machinist is responsible for creating detailed and intricate parts. The machinist must also be familiar with a variety of machining techniques and operate a variety of machinery. Full job description
Job Responsibilities:
CAD/CAM/Mastercam programming. (Fusion 360 preferred). Create programs for 3 and 4 axis machining centers using Mastercam and conversational programming (5th axis a plus). Set up and machine parts as required. Implement systems for continuous improvement. Oversee tooling purchases and organization. Oversee and train less experienced team members. Integrate latest technology to improve efficiencies. Additional tasks as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Senior level CNC machining process skills a must. Must have the ability to independently manage commitments and time. Experience in leading and training others. Must be a team player and have good verbal communication skills. Must have high level of attention to detail. Experience with Fanuc controls a plus.
