What You'll Do:

\nDevelop and maintain CNC programs for 3axis, 4axis, and 5axis machines using Mastercam\nOptimize machining processes, including tooling selection, speeds, and feeds for complex materials\nCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturability and machining strategies\nPerform machining simulations to validate programs and prevent equipment issues\nSupport process improvements, documentation, and production goals in a high mix/low volume environment\nJob Requirements\n

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or GED\n6+ years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam software\n2+ years of experience programming 5axis CNC machines\nExperience selecting tooling and machining complex materials\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings and collaborate with crossfunctional teams\n

Experience with multiaxis CNC mills and lathes\nExperience with Okuma or DMG Mori 5axis machining centers\nExperience with Mazak Integrex machines\nExperience using ERP systems\nExperience using machining simulation software\n
