Job description Stark Solutions is currently seeking a CNC Programmer. Day shifts from Monday - Friday (6:30am-5pm). Air-conditioned facility on 10-acre site. Competitive wages and benefits. Essential Job Functions Create, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs for efficient production flow. Analyze work orders, drawings, and design specifications to determine the most effective programming approach. Utilize CAM software to generate precise tool paths, ensuring optimal machine performance. Verify programs and tool-pathing using simulation software before execution. Collaborate with production teams to refine setups and enhance process efficiency. Develop clear setup instructions and best practices to support operators. Monitor program performance to ensure compliance with production schedules, blueprint specifications, and safety standards. Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle time, material waste, and tool wear. Maintain accurate documentation of programs, revisions, and process improvements. Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience programming CNC machines using CAM software. Strong ability to write and modify CNC programs for mills and lathes. Minimum of 4 years of experience operating and setting up CNC Lathe and Mill machines. Proficiency with Fanuc controls; experience with Haas, Mazak, or Okuma is a plus. Familiarity with

ISO-9001

standards and production flow requirements. Ability to analyze production bottlenecks and implement programming solutions to improve efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization. Must be able to pass background and substance screening. Must meet company performance standards for safety, quality, attendance, and productivity.
