Available Benefits Help for . : TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a machine shop in the Wharton, TX area. Thisposition is responsible for independently programming, setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC lathes and mills whileensuring precision, quality, and production efficiency. Candidates must have 5 years of related experience and/or training, or anequivalent combination of education and experience, along with a high school diploma or GED. Must be proficient with FANUCcontrols and G-code programming, able to read blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, select appropriate tooling andfixtures, and perform tool wear offsets. Responsibilities also include reducing setup and machining times through processimprovements, assisting, and supervising CNC operators, and maintaining ISO quality and safety standards. Candidates must possessstrong mechanical troubleshooting, math, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently,operate overhead cranes, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. The shop has CNC Machining and turning centers, vertical and horizontal boring mills, grinding and lapping machines.
Attire:
jeans/dickies type pants (blue), steel toe boots.
