Job Description

CNC Process Technician Lakehouse Industries Woodland, WA Job Details Full-time $21 - $29 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Profit sharing Paid time off Qualifications Statistics Safety regulations Driver's License Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Organizational skills Safety standard operating procedures Critical thinking Full Job Description Lakehouse Industries is an ITAR compliant, ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certified manufacturing company focused on industrial precision CNC manufacturing. We are hiring CNC Process Technicians at three levels. We hire people to think, not just to load parts. You will run precision CNC equipment making precision parts (down to +/- 0.0001"). You will catch problems before they become scrap. An operation might run in the wrong order, or a dimension might start to drift. Our climate controlled shop is clean. Our equipment is modern and holds tight tolerances. We do every job with care and we tighten our vises with torque wrenches (if you know, you know). If you enjoy logic puzzles, writing code, or figuring out why a machine did something odd, you will fit in here. Experience matters less here than you might think. Your starting level is set by a skills assessment during the interview process, not by your years in the trade, though the two seem to correlate well. We are a compact manufacturing facility. You will see the whole path a part takes, from setup through inspection and production. This position has room to grow. Each level brings more responsibility and higher pay. You move up by passing that level's assessments. People who show the aptitude may be selected to move into CNC programming if that's your thing. We encourage all motivated self-starters interested in leading-edge manufacturing to apply, regardless of experience. Levels and Pay CNC Process Technician (Level 1): $21/hour
