About the Role We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to support precision machining and tooling operations within a manufacturing environment specializing in progressive stamping dies and precision machined parts. This role involves programming, setup, operation, and in-process inspection of CNC equipment while managing multiple tooling jobs efficiently. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC machining equipment Machine precision parts according to engineering prints and specifications Manage multiple tooling and machining jobs simultaneously Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy Maintain tooling, machines, and organized work areas Operate horizontal and vertical turning centers Work with live tooling applications on lathes as needed Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Qualifications Minimum 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience Proficiency with GibbsCAM or equivalent CAM software Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Experience operating multiple brands of CNC equipment Horizontal and vertical turning center experience required Live tooling lathe experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Schedule & Compensation First Shift:
