Validate component integrity using advanced metrology tools to ensure total compliance with quality standards. Partner with engineering teams to refine machining techniques and boost overall shop floor efficiency. Uphold a high-standard, safe, and organized workspace that supports lean manufacturing principles. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated professional experience in CNC milling and machine operation. Strong technical proficiency in CNC programming and tooling management. Expertise in interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints. Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills Technical degree or specialized certification in machining.
