About the Role As a CNC Milling Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-precision components that drive our production excellence. You will leverage your technical expertise in programming and machine operation to transform complex designs into high-quality finished parts while contributing to continuous process improvements. Responsibilities Execute precise setups and operation of CNC milling centers to meet rigorous engineering specifications. Translate technical blueprints and CAD data into efficient machining strategies to ensure high-accuracy output. Maximize equipment uptime by performing proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of CNC systems. Optimize production workflows by monitoring machining cycles and adjusting parameters to enhance part quality. Validate component integrity using advanced metrology tools to ensure total compliance with quality standards. Partner with engineering teams to refine machining techniques and boost overall shop floor efficiency. Uphold a high-standard, safe, and organized workspace that supports lean manufacturing principles. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated professional experience in CNC milling and machine operation. Strong technical proficiency in CNC programming and tooling management. Expertise in interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints. Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills Technical degree or specialized certification in machining. Advanced experience with MasterCam software. Strong background in CNC machine setup and complex changeover procedures.
