What We're Looking For Minimum 6 months of hands-on polyurea or plural-component spray experience in a production environment — this is a firm requirement Demonstrated proficiency with Graco Reactor startup/shutdown procedures and Fusion FX spray gun operation and basic rebuild Working knowledge of polyurea ratio, temperature, and pressure parameters for standard production settings Strict commitment to PPE compliance and hazardous chemical handling — you understand the risks of MDI-based isocyanate and take them seriously Ability to maintain production throughput while consistently meeting finish quality standards Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a chemical-intensive environment Important — Safety Requirements This role involves daily exposure to MDI-based polyurea chemicals.
