$25.00/hour + $3.00/hour night differential, with higher pay available based on experience Job Overview Seeking an experienced Industrial Painter/Sandblaster to prepare metal surfaces and apply protective industrial coatings. This position requires experience with blasting, spray application, coating inspection, and working safely in challenging environments. Key Responsibilities

Prepare steel and metal surfaces through sandblasting, removing rust, scale, and existing coatings.
Apply industrial coatings such as epoxy, urethane, and zinc-rich primers.
Operate airless, HVLP, and conventional spray equipment.
Use technical drawings, work orders, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to complete coating work accurately.
Check coating application and thickness to meet project specifications.
Inspect painting and blasting equipment and perform minor adjustments or repairs when needed.
Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and changing environmental conditions.
Follow required PPE, confined-space, height, and general jobsite safety procedures.
Document surface preparation, coating applications, job progress, and quality-control information.
Maintain a clean and safe work area while working as part of a team.
