Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray and Accessories Technician to join our dynamic automotive team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying protective coatings, and finishes to vehicles, as well as installing and maintaining various accessories. Your expertise will ensure vehicles are restored to their optimal appearance and functionality, delivering exceptional results that exceed customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for automotive refinishing, surface preparation, and auto body repair to showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, and surface cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Operate spray guns, airless sprayers, and other power tools to apply coatings, and protective finishes with precision Install automotive accessories such as tonneau covers, side steps, storage systems, trailer hitches, and other aftermarket accessories. Conduct auto restoration tasks by, repairing surfaces, and applying new finishes using conventional spraying techniques Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly handling surface preparation masking materials and disposing of waste responsibly Use automotive grinding tools to achieve smooth surfaces and high-gloss finishes to enable best-in-class automotive coatings. Skills Proven experience or background in the automotive industry is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and auto body repair Proficiency with hand tools, grinders, sanders, buffing machines, and power tools used in auto painting and surface preparation Skilled in the use of spray guns—including painting and coating spray guns—and airless paint spraying systems Knowledge of automotive surface preparation techniques such as sanding, masking, and priming Ability to perform auto glass installation and repairs with precision Familiarity with respiratory protection protocols and safe handling of paints and chemicals Excellent customer service skills combined with auto estimating experience for parts or repairs when needed Physically capable of heavy lifting and working in various positions for extended periods Mechanic experience or background in auto restoration enhances effectiveness in this role Join us if you're eager to bring your automotive expertise to life! Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
