Temp-to-Perm Savvy Staffing is seeking multiple people for Powder Coat Painter / Paint Line Operator to join a manufacturing team in Worcester! This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, painting, or production experience who is looking for a long-term position.

What You\'ll Do:

\~ Paint parts and units and/or assist with loading products onto the paint conveyor \~ Hang parts and kits on the paint line in the proper sequence \~ Ensure proper part flow, sequence, and quality \~ Follow direction from the planning and scheduling department \~ Operate lift and burn-off oven \~ Set up, operate, and maintain automatic powder coating booths \~ Perform paint line equipment shutdown procedures \~ Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards \~ Follow all safety and production procedures

What We\'re Looking For:

\~ Previous manufacturing, production, painting, or powder coating experience preferred \~ Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment \~ Strong attention to detail and quality \~ Ability to follow production schedules and instructions \~ Reliable attendance and dependable work habits \~ Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position Active Filters Industrial Painter Worcester, MA Clear All Apply
