Opportunity:

To operate and setup paint area to accomplish scheduled assignments by safely painting high quality products that are error free as efficiently as possible.

What You'll Be Doing:

Paint a significant volume of work efficiently meeting Work Order standards
Paints surfaces with spray or powder gun
Regulates temperature and timing of bake oven
Removes articles from drying racks when dry and appropriately stacks them on pallets if required.
Monitor other painters so workmanship and quality levels are maintained
Monitor and communicate consumable material needs What makes you a great fit:
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in Manufacturing
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
