To operate and setup paint area to accomplish scheduled assignments by safely painting high quality products that are error free as efficiently as possible.What You'll Be Doing:
- Paint a significant volume of work efficiently meeting Work Order standards
- Paints surfaces with spray or powder gun
- Regulates temperature and timing of bake oven
- Removes articles from drying racks when dry and appropriately stacks them on pallets if required.
- Monitor other painters so workmanship and quality levels are maintained
- Monitor and communicate consumable material needs What makes you a great fit:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in Manufacturing
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
