Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Finisher to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to cabinetry components, ensuring they meet strict aesthetic and durability standards. Your expertise will contribute to delivering premium products that enhance our customers' spaces. The ideal candidate is energetic, safety-conscious, and passionate about producing top-tier finished cabinetry. Duties Prepare surfaces through sanding, cleaning, and surface preparation techniques suitable for finishing processes such as construction painting and industrial coating. Operate spray guns, including conventional spray systems and airless paint sprayers, to apply coatings evenly on cabinet surfaces. Use personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and respiratory protection, to ensure safety during spraying and finishing tasks. Interpret production documents and technical specifications to ensure finishes meet quality standards in manufacturing. Handle materials carefully using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, cranes, and materials handling equipment to move components safely within the workspace. Perform quality inspections using visual color comparison and precision measuring instruments to verify finish consistency and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean work environment by following safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, respirators, and adherence to safety procedures during all tasks. Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial painting environments is preferred. Knowledge of powder coating, conventional spraying techniques, and auto body repair processes is highly desirable. Familiarity with fabrication, machining, assembly, and construction painting surface preparation enhances your effectiveness in this role. Ability to interpret production documents and technical drawings accurately. Experience with warehouse operations or materials handling equipment such as forklifts or cranes is advantageous. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to finishing processes are necessary. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to PPE use, respiratory protection, and industrial painting standards is essential for success. Pay:
$26.00 – $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
