Powder Coating & Assembly Operator - Evening Shift Join a growing manufacturing team where quality, craftsmanship, and teamwork matter. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Powder Coating & Assembly Operator to join our team in Plattsburgh, New York . You'll work in a newly renovated facility with modern, state-of-the-art equipment , helping produce high-quality products that are shipped to customers around the world. This is a stable, full-time, Monday-Friday evening shift (3:00 PM-11:30 PM) with a consistent schedule and comprehensive benefits package. What You'll Do Perform the full powder coating process, including surface preparation, application, curing, and final inspection Operate powder coating equipment, spray booths, and curing ovens Monitor coating thickness, adhesion, color, and overall finish quality Identify and troubleshoot coating defects and basic equipment issues Assist with assembly and other production activities as needed Work closely with teammates to meet production schedules and quality standards Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environment What We're Looking For 2 years of experience in industrial powder coating, painting, or a related finishing process Good knowledge of powder coating materials, equipment, and techniques Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Dependable, positive, and safety-focused Strong team player with good communication skills Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required If you're looking for a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule, a modern work environment, and the opportunity to be part of a growing team , we'd love to hear from you.

Pay:
