AUTOMOTIVE PAINTER

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive painting and refinishing, ensuring high-quality results that meet industry standards. This role requires a keen eye for color matching, excellent spraying techniques, and a commitment to safety and quality.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming surfaces Mix and match paint colors to achieve the desired finish Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment, ensuring even coverage Inspect finished work for quality, ensuring it meets company and customer standards Perform touch-ups and minor repairs as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion Stay updated on new painting techniques and materials

KEY ATTRIBUTES

Proven experience as an automotive painter or similar role Strong understanding of painting techniques and materials Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and positive attitude Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in automotive painting

OTHER REQIREMENTS

High School diploma or GED Additional certification in automotive painting is a plus
