What You Will Do:

Precision Preparation:

Remove doors/drawers, safely transport them, and execute meticulous cleaning, de-glossing, and detailed sanding.

Home Protection & Masking:

Mask countertops, walls, appliances, and flooring with absolute precision to ensure zero overspray or dust damage in client homes.

Blemish Repair:

Apply wood fillers, repair grains, and fix minor structural blemishes on cabinet boxes and faces.

Fine Finish Application:

Assist with or execute the spraying of high-durability primers, paints, and clear topcoats using professional spray equipment.

Hardware & Re-assembly:

Re-install cabinet doors, drawers, hidden hinges, and custom hardware, ensuring perfect alignment and functionality.

What We Are Looking For:

An Eye for

Detail:

Experience where precision matters—such as high-end residential painting, automotive body work/refinishing, furniture making, trim carpentry, or manufacturing assembly.

Physical Stamina:

Comfortable sanding, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for long periods.

Safety Conscious:

Willingness to properly wear safety gear (respirators, safety glasses, gloves) during spray and prep operations.

Professionalism:

Clean appearance and excellent manners. You will be working directly inside high-end homes in North San Antonio.

Reliability:

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation to commute to our shop or designated jobsites daily.

Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
