This position plays a critical role in the production process by preparing, painting, and inspecting metal parts to ensure the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Prepare metal parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces Hang and remove parts from the paint line Assist with powder coating and wet paint applications Inspect painted parts to ensure quality standards are met Identify and report product defects or quality issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and production requirements Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Support other manufacturing operations as needed

Qualifications Required:

Previous experience working in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:
