Ski Shop Sales & Service Associate | Bring Your Passion for Winter to Puritan At Puritan, we believe every relationship is earned. We're looking for a Ski Shop Sales & Service Associate to join our team for the winter season. If you love skiing, enjoy working with people, and want to put your passion for winter sports to work, this could be the perfect fit. Whether you already have ski shop experience or you're eager to learn the technical side of the business, we're looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a commitment to creating a great customer experience. What You'll Do You'll be part of the team helping customers get ready for their next day on the mountain.

Your day may include:

Helping customers select skis, boots, bindings, and other winter equipment. Providing friendly, knowledgeable service and thoughtful product recommendations. Helping customers find the right equipment for their needs, experience, and ability level. Performing ski and snowboard waxing and tuning. Assisting with boot fitting and adjustments. Mounting, adjusting, and servicing bindings based on your training and qualifications. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe ski shop and service area. Assisting with retail sales and other store operations as needed. Working closely with the Puritan team to deliver a great experience throughout the busy winter season. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is passionate about skiing, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in their work. You'll bring: Previous ski shop, ski technician, or equipment service experience is preferred. Ski technician certification is a plus. Knowledge of ski equipment, boots, bindings, waxing, and tuning is a plus. Comfort working with tools and learning technical processes. Strong customer service and communication skills. A detail-oriented and safety-conscious approach. A dependable, positive, team-first attitude. A genuine interest in skiing and winter sports. A willingness to learn. We're open to training the right person who brings the right attitude and enthusiasm.
