Role:

We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Seasonal Brand Advisor to support our Garden State Plaza store . In this role you will help deliver an elevated in-store experience, drive sales and support daily store operations with strong attention to detail. As a Seasonal Brand Advisor, you will play an important role in bringing the brand to life through meaningful client interactions, strong product knowledge, and a well-maintained store environment. This is a seasonal, temporary, hourly, non-exempt position expected to last approximately 60 days, subject to the business needs. What You'll Do Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building genuine connections and providing personalized product recommendations Drive Sales performance by meeting individual and store goals Execute daily operational tasks including replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized environment Process transactions accurately and efficiently while minimizing wait time and supporting a seamless checkout experience Support overall store operations by following company standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient environment Requirements 1+ Years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Reliable, collaborative, and results-driven with a positive attitude Benefits The hourly salary range for this position is $17 to $23 per hour Paid Time Off Training & Development
