Work that matters:

What you do will help your teammates stay productive and our customers receive quality parts. How you'll contribute Check incoming items and prepare parts for shipment. Independently handle routine building maintenance and handyman-level repairs. Keep the shop organized and clean, including occasional painting and improvement projects. Load, unload, and inspect parts on CNC machines or presses already set up for production. We'll provide training. Help with basic equipment maintenance and repairs based on your experience. What you bring You're dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable using hand and power tools. You notice details, follow through on what you start, and know when to ask for help. You enjoy active, physical work and are willing to lend a hand where it's needed. Experience in manufacturing, shipping and receiving, or maintenance is helpful.
