Duties Precisely string tennis racquets using professional stringing machines, ensuring optimal tension and performance tailored to each player's needs Assist customers with selecting tennis equipment, accessories, and apparel, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their skill level and preferences Manage retail sales transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining a friendly, service-oriented approach Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area, including inventory management of strings, grips, and other accessories Support maintenance work around the facility as needed, including handling hand tools for minor repairs or setup tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining product features, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Requirements Proven experience as a tennis racquet stringer Reliable transportation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Join us in delivering top-tier tennis equipment services while fostering an energetic atmosphere that motivates both colleagues and customers alike. Pay:
