Senior Controls Technician An employee-owned, nationally recognized mechanical construction and facilities services firm is seeking experienced Senior Controls Technicians to support large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This organization provides full lifecycle mechanical solutions including HVAC, plumbing, controls/building automation, engineering services, and prefabrication support. Projects include healthcare, education, mission-critical facilities, commercial high-rise, and industrial installations. Position Overview Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing, installing, programming, and commissioning building automation control systems. Strong proficiency in control system programming one or more of the following brands: Delta Controls, Distech, and/or Tridium. In-depth knowledge of industry-standard protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc..) and their implementation in controls systems. Proficiency troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in control systems. Demonstrates leadership abilities and experience in guiding junior team members. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
