Job Description

Senior Controls Technician Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Controls Technician with 5+ years of experience in building automation systems. This role involves programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and leading controls projects across regional jobsites.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, configure, and integrate control systems (Delta, Distech, Tridium) Perform system testing, commissioning, and preventative maintenance Lead and mentor junior technicians Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in controls system installation, programming, and commissioning Proficiency in BACnet, Modbus, and other industry-standard protocols Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
