Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fine Art Framer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a genuine appreciation for fine art and high-quality framing. Responsibilities Design and construct custom frames for fine art, including paper, canvas and metal. Measure, cut, assemble, and finish frames with precision. Select appropriate mats, mounting methods, and archival materials. Handle valuable and delicate artwork with exceptional care. Operate framing equipment and hand tools safely and accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Assist with receiving, inventory, installation, and delivery as needed. Qualifications Previous professional framing experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of fine art and conservation framing techniques. Strong measuring, cutting, and assembly skills. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and team work. Experience with specialty or oversized framing is a plus. Experience handling original artwork, and museum-quality pieces is highly desirable.

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
