This position involves preparing and painting fiberglass products using automotive-style, scenic, and custom painting techniques. We're looking for someone with a good eye for detail who takes pride in producing quality work. Key Responsibilities Prepare fiberglass surfaces by sanding, filling, cleaning, masking, and priming. Paint fiberglass products using spray equipment, brushes, rollers, and other tools. Perform automotive-style painting, refinishing, and color matching. Create scenic, decorative, themed, and custom finishes. Inspect finished work to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Assist with other production work as needed. Requirements Previous painting experience is required. Experience with automotive painting, refinishing, scenic painting, industrial painting, or decorative finishes is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work in a manufacturing environment. Must be willing to wear a respirator (clean-shaven face required for proper fit). Why Join Us?
