•28.00 per hour Full-Time | Seasonal | Weekly Pay Wolfs Sealcoating is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Sealcoating Technicians / Crew Members . No previous sealcoating experience is required. We will train you from the ground up. If you're someone who pays attention to detail, takes pride in doing things correctly, and is willing to learn, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do As a member of our crew, you'll work alongside our team to provide professional residential and commercial sealcoating services.

Your responsibilities may include:

Preparing driveways and surfaces for sealcoating Applying sealcoating products and materials Edging, brushing, and maintaining clean lines Filling cracks and completing surface preparation Using basic hand tools and equipment Keeping work areas clean and organized Loading and unloading materials and equipment Following company procedures and safety guidelines Providing professional and respectful service to customers Working as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and accurately The work is hands-on and physical. You should be comfortable being on your feet, enduring extreme heat ( sometimes ), working outdoors, outdoors conditions, bending, lifting, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $18.50/hour Potential to earn up to $28.00/hour based on experience, performance, responsibilities, and advancement Weekly pay Paid lunch Paid drive time Lots of available hours during the season Opportunities for additional hours based on weather and workload 7 days a week of potential work during the busy season weather permitted Regular opportunities for raises based on performance and experience Opportunities to advance within the company Company truck/work vehicle may be provided depending on position and assignment Training No experience necessary. We'll provide approximately 2-3 days of training to teach you the proper way to perform the job. During training, you'll learn: How to properly prepare surfaces How to apply sealcoating How to use equipment and tools How to maintain clean, precise edges How to protect customer property Company quality standards Proper job-site procedures After the initial training period, we'll evaluate your performance and determine whether the position is a good fit for both you and the company. What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Detail-oriented Careful and precise Dependable and punctual Hardworking Willing to learn Comfortable working outdoors Able to follow instructions Able to work independently and with a team Respectful toward customers and coworkers Able to take pride in their work Experience is NOT required. We care more about your attitude, work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn than your previous experience. Schedule Our work schedule depends heavily on weather and seasonal demand . During the active season, work may be available 7 days a week , depending on customer demand and weather conditions. Typical days can start as early as approximately 6:00 AM-7:30 AM and may run throughout the day, with work generally ending by 6:00 PM or earlier depending on the day's schedule. Because sealcoating is weather-dependent, flexibility is important. This is a seasonal outdoor position, and temperatures generally need to be above approximately 50°F for suitable working conditions. Morning Meet-Up Crew members will generally meet at the shop in the morning before heading out to job sites.
