DUTIES Demonstrate professional baking techniques to clearly guide participants of all skill levels through hands-on learning Foster an engaging, collaborative classroom environment that encourages student curiosity and active participation Troubleshoot common baking challenges in real-time, providing clear, constructive guidance to ensure positive results for every guest Break down complex baking processes into approachable, easy-to-follow steps to empower participants with new skills Master and maintain proficiency in existing recipes and methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction across all classes and events Maintain accountability for workspace readiness, driving all aspects of setup, teardown, and ingredient preparation Participate in the development of class & event plans in collaboration with manager and Research & Development Lead. Execute tasks efficiently & in accordance with the company's quality standards Provide professional & energetic instruction & customer service to a diverse audience Ensure a clean, organized and functional workspace, including clean-up and dishwashing following events. Communicate consistently & effectively with management & co-workers

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years baking experience 1+ year(s) instructional experience Experience working with kids preferred Weekend & evening availability Time management and ability to meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Creative problem-solving and decision making Ability to work independently Dependable, flexible and team-oriented Commitment to shared values of authenticity, curiosity, and camaraderie
