$50.00 - $60.00 per hour About Us At One Stop Crawlspace Services , we take pride in delivering top-quality crawlspace encapsulation, waterproofing, and moisture control solutions for residential properties. We are seeking a skilled, hands-on, and dependable Crawlspace Encapsulation & Waterproofing Foreman to join our team on a part-time 1099 basis. Position Summary As a foreman, you will install high-quality encapsulation and waterproofing projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for working alongside the project lead with waterproofing projects, guiding new installers, and performing challenging work in confined spaces.

Key Responsibilities Project Execution:

Work alongside team members in installing heavy-duty vapor barriers, wall insulation, sump pumps, interior drainage systems, dehumidification units, and mold remediation solutions.

Learning:

Learn from the lead foreman and become efficient in performing installations with minimal supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing, or foundation repair. Prior crew lead or foreman experience strongly preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep understanding of moisture remediation, sump pump/french drain installation, vapor barrier taping/sealing, and dehumidifier setups.

Transportation:

Must have reliable personal transportation

Physical Capability:

Ability to comfortably work in tight, enclosed spaces (crawlspaces), lift 50+ lbs, and work in varied weather conditions.

Professionalism:

Strong problem-solving skills, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Schedule & Employment Details Position Type:

Part-Time, 1099

Independent Contractor Hours:

Flexible/Project-based (typically 30-40 hours per week depending on project schedule)

Pay:
