What You'll Do Inspire and educate by building an engaging, inclusive environment where learners gain confidence and skill. Teach by doing with live demos, guided practice, and real-world projects that mirror shop-floor scenarios. Develop curriculum alongside our education team to keep content aligned with modern welding technology and industry trends. Mentor students through problem-solving, encouraging critical thinking and creative approaches. Lead with safety by modeling and enforcing best practices every time a hood drops.
