This is a hands-on assembly position working with LED components. We're looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable performing detailed work with their hands and can work accurately in a production environment. What You'll Be Doing Perform hand soldering to connect and secure components Assemble electronic components according to instructions Inspect completed work for proper placement and quality Handle small parts and components requiring attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow production and safety procedures Meet daily quality and production expectations What We're Looking For 1-2 years of electronic assembly or soldering experience preferred Comfortable performing repetitive, detailed work by hand, ability to work with small electronic components Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong attention to detail and quality Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to consistently work the 5:00 AM start time Ability to follow work instructions and communicate effectively in English, Spanish, or Vietnamese Why You'll Love Working With Us Weekly pay Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available Referral Bonus Program Opportunity for long-term employment and career growth Ready to Apply?
