Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM-12:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30

PM Training:

First week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00

What You'll Do Test electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure quality standards. Perform final product assembly, inspections, and system-level testing. Record and report production statistics and test results accurately. Provide feedback to support production quality and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality products on time. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Strong manual dexterity and experience using hand tools, such as tweezers, screwdrivers, and torque wrenches. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate production software. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or testing. Familiarity with PCBs and manufacturing quality assurance processes. Interest in hands-on technical work and learning new skills.
