Full Job Description Job Summary:
The ideal candidates will assemble, wire, and test electrical components and systems for aerospace applications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a strong understanding of aerospace wiring and assembly processes. Monday -
Friday:
6:00 AM-2:30 PM (OT & Weekends when needed)
Entry-Level Pay:
$18/HR (Increases to $20 upon obtaining IPC-620 Cert)
Senior Level Pay:
$21/HR - $24/
HR Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electrical wiring harnesses, panels, and subassemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, schematics, and IPC-620 standards. Interpret technical assembly instructions and specifications to ensure precise and compliant work. Conduct inspections and testing of assembled components to verify functionality and quality. Maintain compliance with ITAR regulations, ensuring proper handling and documentation of sensitive aerospace components. Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and company policies. Document work performed accurately in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in electrical assembly, preferably in the aerospace industry. IPC-620 certification or demonstrated knowledge of wiring and cable harness assembly standards. Understanding of ITAR regulations and experience working with controlled aerospace components is preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
