In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electromechanical components and systems, ensuring precision and quality in every task. Responsibilities Assemble electromechanical components and systems according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering blueprints to ensure accurate assembly. Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques to assemble PCB (Printed Circuit Boards) and electrical panels. Build electrical wiring harnesses, panels, and enclosures following IPC 610 standards for quality and safety. Conduct troubleshooting of electro-mechanical components using multimeters such as ohmmeters, and assist in engineering troubleshooting when issues arise. Perform surface mount technology (SMT) assembly on PCBs with precision to meet manufacturing specifications. Verify assembled products against blueprint specifications, schematics, and blueprints for accuracy before final testing or shipment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols while following manufacturing procedures. Experience Proven experience in electronics assembly, electrical panel building, or mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams is essential. Hands-on experience with soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT). Knowledge of working with electro-mechanical components such as motors, sensors, relays, and circuit boards. Ability to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, along with power tools safely and effectively. Understanding of IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is preferred. Experience with engineering troubleshooting methods for diagnosing issues in electromechanical systems is advantageous.
