Overview We are seeking experienced Aircraft Electrical Assemblers to join a well-established aircraft manufacturing operation in Torrance, California. The Aircraft Electrical Assembler will perform electrical assembly and fabrication work supporting the production of aircraft electrical systems, including wire harnesses, cables, connectors, and electromechanical assemblies. This position requires hands-on experience with electrical assembly, wire harness fabrication, crimping, soldering, and wire routing. Candidates with aviation, aerospace, military electronics, avionics, electrical manufacturing, or other relevant electrical assembly experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble aircraft electrical wire harnesses, cables, and electromechanical assemblies. Follow all applicable company, FAA, quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures Perform wire cutting, stripping, terminating, crimping, soldering, and routing in accordance with applicable drawings and manufacturing procedures. Install and terminate electrical connectors, contacts, pins, sockets, and related electrical hardware. Use AMP, DMC, Molex, and similar hand crimping tools and crimping machines. Perform soldering of through-hole circuit boards, D-subminiature connectors, terminals, and other electrical components. Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions. Perform electrical assembly work in accordance with

IPC/WHMA-A-620

standards and applicable quality requirements. Follow proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) prevention and handling procedures. Inspect completed electrical assemblies for workmanship, proper routing, termination, and overall quality. Use calipers and other basic measuring equipment as required during fabrication and assembly. Utilize voltmeters, multimeters, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and other electrical test equipment as required. Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of electrical components and assemblies. Identify defects, discrepancies, or damaged components and communicate findings to the appropriate lead, quality representative, or supervisor. Complete required production and quality documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements Previous hands-on electrical assembly, wire harness, avionics, electronics, or related electrical manufacturing experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and electrical assembly. Experience fabricating or assembling wire harnesses and/or electrical cables. Ability to use hand crimpers and other electrical assembly tooling. Ability to read and follow electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical work instructions. Familiarity with electrical connectors, terminals, pins, sockets, and related hardware. Ability to use basic measuring tools, including calipers. Basic mathematical skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ Years previous aircraft, aerospace, or avionics electrical assembly experience. Experience with aircraft wire harness and cable fabrication. Familiarity with

IPC/WHMA-A-620

standards. Experience using AMP, DMC, and Molex crimping tools. Experience soldering through-hole circuit boards and D-subminiature connectors. Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) prevention procedures. Experience using multimeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, or similar electrical test equipment. Experience reading aircraft electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Military avionics, aviation electrician, electronics, or aircraft electrical systems experience. Technical school, trade school, military technical training, or other relevant electrical/electronics training.

Compensation:

$22

40hr work week with volunteer OT available most every week. 1st Shift

• 7:30am-4pm and 6:30am-3pm 2nd Shift
• 3:30pm-12am
