Job Description

SkillSetGroup is seeking experienced Electrical Cable Assemblers to work in the Orange County, CA area. This position will involve hands-on electrical assembly, cable and wire harness manufacturing, soldering, crimping, and working with various electrical components. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, following work instructions, and working in a precision manufacturing environment. This is a 1st shift, Temp-to-Hire opportunity!

Temp-to-Hire Pay Range:

$19-$25/hr (DOE) Hours 1st Shift - Monday through Friday Start times vary depending on assignment. Details Perform electrical assembly, cable assembly, and wire harness manufacturing. Measure, cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires according to specifications. Perform soldering of wires, connectors, and electrical components. Work with D-sub connectors, circular connectors, terminals, and other electrical components. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and work instructions. Utilize hand tools, soldering irons, crimping tools, and other assembly equipment. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy. Experience with PCB assembly and electro-mechanical assembly is a plus. Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and

IPC/WHMA-A-620

standards is preferred. Previous experience in electronics or electrical manufacturing is preferred. Ability to work independently while maintaining production and quality standards.

Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
