Electronics Soldering Technician - $24-$32/hr Experienced Soldering Technicians Wanted! We are hiring skilled Electronics Soldering Technicians for a growing manufacturing team in Centennial, CO. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience performing precision and fine-pitch soldering on electronic components, wires, cables, connectors, and assemblies. If you have experience with PCB soldering, through-hole or SMT components, microscope soldering, wire harnesses, cable assemblies, or high-reliability electronics manufacturing, we want to hear from you.
Pay Level II:
$24-$28/hour
Level III:
$28-$32/hour Schedule Monday-Friday, 1st Shift Available start times: 6:00 AM, 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 7:30 AM Employees work an 8-hour shift from their selected start time. What You'll Do Perform precision and fine-pitch soldering on electronic and electrical assemblies Solder wires, terminals, connectors, pins, and electronic components Perform through-hole and/or surface-mount soldering as applicable Work with small components using strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Build and assemble electrical wire harnesses and cable assemblies Cut, strip, prep, terminate, and route wires and cables Perform hand crimping on 8-28 AWG wire Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions Use hand tools, crimping equipment, inspection tools, and measuring equipment Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for workmanship and quality Identify wire types, lead wires, and lead-free components Complete potting tasks involving boots, connectors, and breakouts Follow established workmanship, safety, and quality standards What We're Looking For 5+ year of hands-on soldering experience required Experience with fine-pitch, precision, PCB, through-hole, SMT, or microscope soldering strongly preferred Experience soldering small electronic components, wires, connectors, or cable assemblies Experience with wire stripping, crimping, cable preparation, and electrical assembly Ability to read assembly drawings and electrical schematics Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience
IPC/J-STD
soldering experience or certification
IPC/WHMA-A-620
experience Electronics or PCB manufacturing Aerospace or high-reliability electronics manufacturing Contract manufacturing Wire harness and cable assembly Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
