$23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Danbury, CT

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Overtime opportunities may be available
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity for top performers What You Will Do
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of precision components and assemblies
• Complete micro-soldering of small electronic parts using microscopes and specialized tools
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment to build high-quality products
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures What We Are Looking For
• 3+ years of precision soldering experience required
• Experience with electro-mechanical or electronic assembly
• Ability to work with small components and detailed assemblies
• Experience using microscopes and hand tools preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
