Assemble, fabricate, inspect, and support electrical and mechanical equipment using schematics, hand tools, precision measurement equipment, and electrical fabrication tools. Job Requirements 2-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, industrial equipment, or maintenance. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Experience using hand tools including die grinders, drills, files, screwdrivers, and wrenches. Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers, height stands, dial indicators, and micrometers. Experience using electrical fabrication equipment including soldering irons and crimping tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills Associate degree or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Software, Robotics, or related discipline. Experience with SolidWorks. Experience with 3D modeling and engineering drawings. Experience with SolidWorks PDM. Experience with SolidWorks Simulation. Experience with CAM software. Experience operating forklifts. Experience operating electric pallet jacks. Experience operating manual pallet jacks. Job Responsibilities Assemble mechanical and electrical components and equipment. Fabricate and terminate electrical wiring using soldering and crimping tools. Read and follow electrical schematics during assembly and troubleshooting activities. Use hand tools to perform equipment assembly, fitting, modification, and repair. Perform dimensional checks using precision measuring instruments. Verify assembled components meet applicable drawings and specifications. Support troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment. Maintain assembly and inspection documentation using Microsoft Office applications. Support material handling activities using warehouse equipment when required. Use engineering drawings and 3D models to support assembly and fabrication activities.
