Job Description We're seeking the right team member who can assemble our premium offshore fishing boats. Are you mechanically inclined and ready to work as a team to achieve results? This team member will focus on installation of decks, hardware components, bilge system, water, hydraulic & fuel fittings, hoses, tanks and connections. You will perform electrical assembly of consoles, install and connect electrical wiring and components followed by inspection of all installed parts. This includes routing, terminating, and securing marine-grade wiring, installation of electrical panels, switches, batteries, and electronic components, and verifying proper system function. Qualifications
Experienced with and able to use hand tools varying from a tape measure, razor knives, screw gun, drill and a ratchet
Must be able to regularly Lift/Push/Pull battery weights of 50 lbs. without assistance
Must have ability to climb in a safe manner (climbing as a minimum includes stairs, scaffolding, ladders and ramps) to access boats and boat equipment
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment including working in the sun
Must be able to work independently while staying on task
Must be able to solve problems with little assistance
Must have an attention to detail and the ability to identify defects
Previous assembly experience is preferred
Previous experience with electrical assembly, wiring, or installation in a marine, automotive, or similar manufacturing environment is preferred
Basic understanding of DC electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics is preferred
Experience with routing, terminating, crimping, and heat-shrinking electrical connections is preferred
Familiarity with installation of marine electronics, battery systems, switches, and control panels is preferred
Ability to use electrical testing equipment such as multimeters to verify connections and troubleshoot basic issues is preferred
Knowledge of proper wire management, labeling, and securing techniques in a marine environment is preferred Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements include eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, protective suits, dusts masks and respirators
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Employees must be able to work a 10-hour shift or more in one work day including planned and unplanned overtime
Exhibits ability to work cautiously but efficiently in potentially hazardous conditions This role requires annual
