Job Description

  • 22.00 per hour Full-Time
  • Mon•Thurs.

7am

  • 6pm, 1 hr. lunch. Update 9-15-26
  • Client will hire part time employees as well and work with your schedule.

As long as you can commit to 20 hrs. You can pick what time within these timeframe of the shift. Alliance Workforce is hiring experienced Cable & Wire Harness Assemblers in Pinellas Park. This is a hands-on position for someone with electrical assembly, soldering, cable, or wire harness experience. You will be building components used in aerospace, defense, and other high-performance applications.

What You'll Do:

Build and assemble wire harness and cable assemblies Cut, strip, crimp, solder, and install connectors. Read wiring diagrams and work instructions. Perform basic electrical testing and quality checks. Use hand tools and production equipment.

What We're Looking For:

Cable, wire harness, electrical, or electronics assembly experience. Soldering and crimping experience preferred. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. IPC/WHMA-A-620 or

J-STD-001

experience is required.

Pay:

$18

  • 22/hr based on experience.
