Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Harness Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The Technician will assemble, install, and troubleshoot electrical harnesses and assemblies. Responsibilities Assemble electrical cable and harness products, electrical assemblies, and electrical enclosures. Route and assemble completed products on machinery in the Final Assembly area. Load software onto controllers using PCs and electronic devices. Test completed products according to documented test procedures, including using automated test equipment. Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering and ISO procedures Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems on the final production machines, using various test instruments. Maintain accurate inventory levels in the electrical department through routine cycle counts. Read and interpret work instructions, Bills of Materials, schematics, wire lists, and drawings. Maintain accuracy, completeness, and adherence to shop practices Communicate technical issues, inconsistencies, or safety concerns to leadership Accurately record and document time spent on assigned work orders using the BOSS app. Align with company mission, values and comply with safety policy and regulations. Support production needs as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Requires a high school diploma. Must have good dexterity with hands. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds. Flexibility to work overtime and weekend hours as needed. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
