Full-Time/ Direct-Hire Are you good with your hands and enjoy detailed assembly work? We are hiring a Medical Device Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Vernon Hills, IL. You do NOT need previous medical device experience! We are open to candidates with experience in production, electronics, electrical assembly, small-parts assembly, PCB assembly, wiring, cable assembly, or other hands-on manufacturing environments. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll work with small and thin components used in medical equipment.

Your day-to-day work may include:

Assembling small components and parts Working with small wires, including bending, cutting, and positioning them Placing components into narrow/tight assemblies Using basic hand tools Following work instructions, diagrams, and/or blueprints Inspecting your work for quality and accuracy Completing detailed assembly work while meeting production requirements Keeping your workstation clean and organized Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience Is comfortable working with small parts and detailed components Has good hand dexterity and attention to detail Can follow written work instructions Is comfortable using basic hand tools Can work independently and as part of a production team Is dependable and able to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule Experience with electronics, wiring, soldering, PCB assembly, cable assembly, medical devices, or precision assembly is a PLUS — but not required.
